- Competitors are allowed to use grip aids on their body, but not on the pole. Please be advised that aerosol spray is not allowed to be used as it is hard to remove by pole wipers and the poles get slippery. Competitors, however, can use other grip aid like dry hands, Itac, Gorilla Grip, or magnesium chalk.
- No nudity or violent performance
- Competitors are allowed to use grip aids on their body, but not on the pole. - We will inform if the participant has the same music as others. The first one to submit the title of the song gets to perform, then others will have to submit a different song.
- Music should be submitted not later than the announced date, together with the concept/theme of the performance.

- The music on the day of the competition will be between 2 and 4 minutes, and anything longer than that will be cut. We advise that participants should have a backup for their music, like a USB.
- No restarts of the performance program are allowed, except for deficient music.
- All athletes confirm that, by taking part in the VietPole Championship, they waive all rights of filming and photography and will not receive any compensation for photos and videos taken during the event. All athletes must agree that their images can be used for advertising, training, and promotional and commercial purposes by the VietPole Championship International.

- Performing in the competition program under the influence of alcohol, or any other narcotic substance will cause disqualification.
- Performances should be between 2 and 4 minutes. Anything longer than that will be cut.
- The stage dimension is 7 meter x 4 meter or 22.9659 ft. x 13.1234 ft. The stage

- All decisions of the judges are final. Judges and organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who has violated rules at any time during the competition.

The competitors acknowledge and accept that PoleFit Dance Studio, its owner, staff (the Organizers) and the (Venue) staff and owners (Venue-related parties) are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from participation in the competition, including the competitors’ arrival and departure from the competition. The competitors acknowledge that pole dance is a dangerous activity, and as such, the competitors voluntarily accept the risks associated with participating in the competitions.
